The Rose Martini

Martini glass               
Ice to fill
​(Build contents in shaker)
​

• 3 oz Vodka of your choice
• 1/2 oz of simple syrup
• 3 dashes of Fee Brothers Rose Water

​Shake extra vigorously (18-20 times)
Strain contents into 12oz Martini glass
Garnish with beautiful, vibrant rose petals

Blueberry Margarita

​Margarita glass
(Build contents in shaker)
​

• 1 1/2 oz Milagro Tequila
• 1/2 oz of triple sec
• 1/2 oz blue curacao
• 2 oz sour mix
• 1 oz Perfect Puree Blueberry
• Add ice to fill

​Short shake (4-6 times)
Strain contents into Margarita glass
​Garnish with frozen blue berries & lime

Papaya Punch Spritzer

Rocks glass
Ice to fill
(Build contents in shaker)

• 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
• 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 1 oz Papaya Juice
• 1/2 oz Guava nectar
• 1/2 oz Agave nectar
• 2 oz Papaya Puree
• Add ice to fill
  

​Shake extra vigorously (18-20 times)
Strain content over ice
Add 2 oz Prosecco
Garnish with rosemary sprig & lime wheel

Cucumber Lime Martini

​Martini glass
Ice to fill
(Build contents in shaker)
​

• ​3 oz Seven Three Infused Cucumber Flavored Vodka
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1 1/2 oz Simple syrup
• 1/3 oz Prefect Puree Lime Zest

​Shake extra vigorously
Strain in chilled martini glass
Garnish with a cucumber peel & lime piece

The Risky Business

Rocks glass
Ice to fill
(Build contents in shaker)
​

• ​1/2 oz Bundaberg ginger beer in a rocks glass
• 1 1/2 oz Red Hazel Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Aperol
• 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 3/4 oz passion fruit juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• Add ice to fill

Shake well
Add 7 oz of ice to rocks glass
Stain contents over ice
Garnish with orange and lime wheel

The Cheapest Flight

Rocks glass
​Large ice cube to fill
(Build contents in cocktail mixing glass)
​

• 1 1/2oz Lobos 1707 Mezcal Artesanal
• 1/2 oz Anejo Limited Edition
• 1 teaspoon agave nectar
• 2 dash Angostura bitters
• Add ice to fill

Combine mezcal, tequila, agave syrup, and bitters in a cocktail mixing glass with ice. Stir until cold, then strain into rocks glass over large ice cube. Squeeze sliced orange peel, including pith, over glass to extract oils. Add peel and Luxardo cherry to glass.
